Terms of Service

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

Guest’s reservation confers a temporary and revocable license to be on premises during Guest’s reservation dates. The license may be revoked by Liberty Hill at will for any reason or for no reason at all before, during, or after Guest’s check-in date.

Liberty Hill retains absolute and exclusive control over the property. Guest represents that Guest has a permanent address of residence elsewhere. Guest is neither a tenant nor a renter of the property. Guest’s reservation does not confer a lease or interest in the property.

Liberty Hill is supplying to Guest the essentials required for guest’s temporary usage of the property. The property is furnished and includes items such as linens, towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, a washer, dryer, central Air, and high speed wireless internet. Guest may not bring Guest’s own furnishings into the home.

Guest understands and agrees that failure of Guest’s Party to promptly depart the premises after revocation of this license constitutes criminal trespassing under ORC 2911.21. 

Guest may not forward mail to or receive mail at the premises without Liberty Hill’s permission. Guest refusal to leave the property is a criminal matter under ORC 2911.21.

Guest is personally responsible for the actions of any person associated with Guest or Guest Party. Guest agrees to promptly reimburse Liberty Hill for any damages incurred. Guest hereby authorizes Liberty Hill to charge their credit card on file for any damages or costs incurred due to the actions of any person associated with Guest or Guest Party.

Indemnification

IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to enter premises and property for vacation rental or any other purpose, the undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, Guests, invitees, children, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering, and will continuously thereafter, thoroughly inspect all areas and his/her continued presence constitutes an acknowledgment that he/she has inspected house, deck and entire property and he/she finds and accepts such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of his/her use, and he/she further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she and all Guests will immediately leave the area and advise appropriate persons.

Guest hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the owner and operators of the PREMISES, including but not limited to Liberty Hill Rentals Corp B LLC, Liberty Hill Management LLC, 424 LH LLC, and the shareholders, directors, officers, servants, agents, subcontractors, employees, and associates (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) of any of the foregoing entities from all liability to the undersigned, Guests, representatives, invitees, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand thereof on account of INJURY to the person(s) or property or resulting in DEATH of the undersigned or Guests, whether caused by negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon or near the premises.  

Guest hereby AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to their presence in or upon the area and whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
